Recently returning from Los Angeles, where they won  Best Hip Hop track at the PMA Mark awards 2020 , Rude Grl + CC unleash their new hard hitting EP on an unsuspecting public, the Anthemic, Rocking Like Wow! Like Wow is a two fingered salute to intolerance, prejudice and hate. Touching on personal struggles with addiction and sexual abuse, and recovery, turning anger into positive energy and breaking free!

Rude Grl + CC are:

Jenna Dickens , alias ‘Rude Grl’, previously provided guest vocals for Basement Jaxx . Jenna born in London, but raised in South Wales, desperate to break free from a dysfunctional upbringing, and the racial abuse, trauma & homophobia that came with being a queer, women of colour growing up in a small Welsh town.

Chris Constantinou , alias ‘CC’, a musical legend,  having been a pivotal member of 80’s superstar  Adam Ant’s band (Including performing at  Live Aid ), song writing partner to  Lou Reed and formed Punk All Star band  The Mutants  (Feat  Rat Scabies  of  The Damned ) and  The Wolfmen  (Feat  Marco Pirroni  of  Adam Ant  fame)

Bunni Morretto,  Cited as the Twerk Extraordinaire, runner up Miss Burlesque UK 2018 , making history as the first black finalist, sexual freedom award nominee for ‘striptease artist of the year’ & donned “Twerk of Art” in The Guardian .  Bunni not only provides Rude Grl + CC’s backing vocals, but is also the visual element of the band…
